But there was no explanation of the plane type, nor seating configuration. Also as the lounge is an integral part of business class, there should have been more on this. Also no mention of the quality of service. Also no mention of the inflight entertainment. On economy no mention of equipment type or seating configuration. Also not clear where the flights were going to. What was the inflight entertainment like and the service. What amenity bag in business? What was the food on second leg - only mention of breakfast, what was the seat pitch. Were drinks available between meals and on boarding? How were the crew?

A tip for getting from Central London to LHR, get the London to Brighton National Express coach from Victoria Coach Station that calls at LHR and LGW. few know of it so often almost empty until Heathrow.
