I was privileged to watch a woman make phyllo in her tiny home kitchen in Albania. I’ve make byrek many times with store bought phyllo sheets; way to intimidated to try making it myself. The egg mixture between the layers for borek is so interesting. Look forward to seeing the difference in taste to byrek.

Wow..Loved it ..I am planning to bake and make Exactly like u do of course plan to add chunky chicken ..leg fried fully and just take it off of the bone ..in small size and also add it if possible i will check it ...Dear Chef ...of Foolproof ..thank you thank you ..loving it . I purchase 5 Yufka phyllo dough from amazon lol ..and als spinach ..feta and other kind of similar cheeze ..now lets see how it goes .i wish i can show you the picture of the made item ..loving it ...excited ..the program will be a Baby shower ...

please don't use vegetable oil or any seed oil, if you don't know why, look it up. looks great other than that.
