The French ship has better anti-,aircraft guns and same number of missiles. The 40 mm gun aft can be replaced by a RAM launcher if the buyer wants. The French ship is smaller and less RCS. The Turkish ship has better sea-keeping and endurance As a larger ship it would have its radar and sensors positioned at a greater height. So better fetection range. But the most surprising and impressive feature is its speed. Normally one would expect the smaller ship to be faster. The Turkish ship is basically in a 500+ tonne vessel and so is more capable than the French 300+ tonne ship.

If you are looking at the characteristics of something Turkey has done, there is definitely much more than what it says/writes. If it produces a missile and says its range is 200 km, that range may be over 500. will not give the characteristics of a ship or gunboat particularly tactically accurate. Unlike other countries, it shows not stronger than it is, but weaker. Comparing a ship or gunboat with dimensions/speed/maneuver/range is pointless. things to compare are just the shell. The main thing is what type of weapons and features that shell contains.
