Hi Marie. Good question. As I know, We use it in spoken Turkish . Example: We write: " gelmeZSen, gitmeZSen, yapmaZSan, okumaZSak" as you see "ZS" comes together, We usually do not pronounce " Z" in these cases. in those cases translation in English will be like: If + personal pronun + verb ..., is that helpful for you?

Marie! It is related to phonetics in Turkish not tenses!!! so , we pronounce "S" when we write as in"ZS", so we write ,for example, GELMEZSEN, but we say, GELMESEN!!! but if you extend the word in ZS so you should say GELMESSEN. I hope it helps you
