Ciao! Qui in Brasile 🇧🇷, molte persone chiamano questo piatto Lasagna di melanzane. Mi piace molto aggiungere il timo fresco alla salsa di pomodoro. E quando preparo questo piatto aggiungo ad ogni strato il parmigiano o il pecorino grattugiato, ma non troppo formaggio, quanto basta per dargli una marcia in più senza esagerare. Vengo dall'interno dello stato di San Paolo. Buon 2023!

Estamos acostumados a fazer lasanha de berinjela, mussaca de berinjela e outros pratos semelhantes. I made eggplant this way but i used ajvar instead of fresh peppers i also sliced eggplant a little thicker (1/4 inch) .... and it was great !! very fresh !! and light !!
