Fast, easy delicious Turkish Tantuni!
Ingredients for 2 - 3 Persons:
• 2-3 breads or wraps
• 400 gramms minced beef (15 - 20% fat)
• 1 onion
• 100ml warm water
• 1 bunch fresh parsley , or 2 Tbsp frozen parsley
• 1 tbsp sumac
• 1 tsp pul biber(Paprika- oder chiliflakes)
• 1,5 tsp sweet peppers
• 0,5 tsp seasalt
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp Vegeta
• 0,5 - 1 tsp chilipowder
• 1 breeze turmeric (kurkuma)
