I like the sentence that “when we are learning Uzbek, we are also learning Uyghur language”. O’zbek- Uyg’ur bir millat.

Thank you very much for your lessons! Besides your excellent teaching, I really like your clothes! That's a modern way of dressing integrated with distinct Uzbek features! Very fashionable! Rahmat!

So very interesting! I just finished listening to an audiobook called “The Secret history of the Mongol queens.” The different tribes of the steppe figured prominently in the story. Your discussion topics in this lesson added another layer of insight for me. Navoiy is a brand-new name to me. Thank you for introducing him to us. I am slowly learning important historical figures, like Avicenna, Amir Timur, the Mongol queens, and now Navoiy. Wonderful information, along with the Turkic language discussion. ❤

I love history . Of you go to psychologist he always ask to tell about your past to cure you. It means if we want to correct today we should know our past.

Great video about history. I never met Uzbeks, but met lots of Uyghurs. There are lots of Uyghur food in Pekin. We can buy nan everywhere... Many Chinese people actually know some very basic Uyghur words like Assalamu-Alaykum (btw, this is also how Chinese muslims greet each other and we also keep some Persian loan word in Chinese like "dost"), Yahximusiz, rahmat, adax, gül, piyaz, anar. I also notice that when Uyghur people speak Chinese, they like to place verbs at the end. And your costume also looks like theirs. For other Turkic languages, I feel that Kazakh sounds more "harsh" but still kind of similar.
