Hello, I want to apply for hacetep university in the Turkish government scholarship however on the website of the scholarship they said this once you click on the program: Being a high school graduate and having at least TOEFL IBT 85 or equivalent exam score But I have IELTS i got 8/9, and I emailed the scholarship committee and they said it's not compulsory to upload sat, GRE, TOEFL...etc during the application process but they said you have to bring them for the interview if the university asks for them. Can I chose then hacteep university now or not? Or will it lower my chances?
