Yes!! I often find adjustable sliders to be cheaper than rectangle rings too - makes zero sense! I just buy a huge bag of the sliders and save money!!

That's a good idea. I hate it too if they don't match. And maybe you can use the bars on other rectangles so it isn't a waste.:)

There are a few places I shop from, it varies depending on what size/finish I am after. I like My Handmade Space, Emmaline, and Purse Supplies R Us on Etsy. I also get a fair bit of my basic hardware from Amazon, I have found CraftMeMore, Noyin and YIXI-SBest to be consistently decent quality (and have returned many others!).
