You don't need to tear induction motors appart and drill out the rotor to install magnets. All you need is a capacitor connected to the motors output. Just research induction generator. And 5000w is just hilarious, might as well add another 0 or a few at this point.

In my understanding, the small dynamo turns out the motor....and the motor discharge 220V. This way is inverted. So we cannot connect a capacitor.

El bobinado está calculado para esa potencia igual, por lo tanto el alambre del bobinado soporta una corriente que resulta de la relación entre la potencia y la tensión considerando también el factor de potencia.
