The steps for the LETTING GO technique, which can be used for any type of emotion.
1. Allow yourself to feel emotion and identify it in your body (What's the size? What's the color?). Accept it.
2. Ask yourself do you want to let go of it?
3. When do you want to let go of it?
4. Imagine the emotion exploding and let go.
Then you can replace the space with the emotion of your choice, such as love, peace.
Repeat questions to check if anything is still left.
I hope it helps. It requires practice, so be patient with yourself. It is as if you are used to walking the same road and now you are creating a new pathway.
