I learned to trust my instinct at work just a few years ago. After a Win, I thought my inner voice was right, decided correctly because I listened to it, then I tried it again and trusted it more and so forth. Sometimes it is not just the palpable evidence but our inner brain, our inner energy is telling us how to solve something or if it is correct, I now follow that voice much more because I learned to trust it. The WIN energy :)

I am working on a thought that no longer serves me but it is very hard ro release or perhaps the outcome of releasing it, just no longer matters as much. I mean to say if the goal is not as relevant maybe that is why I no longer are that interested in the thought release. Je ne said plus!
