All you have to do is gently pump your brakes when approaching a stop and the engine will not stop. It thinks you're in stop and go traffic. Takes a bit of practice but it's easy.

I had the same problem I install a auto stop disable. It’s a small harness that you connect on those two ends Amazon has it auto stop disable cost me 20 dollars now check engine light

According to other comments there’s a harness on Amazon you can plugin that will bypass auto stop and not turn on the check engine light
