You must use your turn signals to signal your intentions to other drivers and road users. Hi! Just want to confirm if we are backing out from the parking lot, we also need to signal on which way our rear bumper goes. Some says, we don't need to signal if we are backing out from the parking lot. Which one is right? Signal when backing out from the parking lot or no need to signal whe backing out from the parking lot.

Hello if it’s a two way stop , and you’re at the stop sign, you don’t have the right of way even if you got there first .

I’m in Michigan. Yeah states vary but be driver safety doesn’t. That’s what I think about it. Went practicing today didn’t really have anything bad except for horrible directions and lane changing.
