I recently bought a Tanggula and am having a difficult time. I must of did something that it not working properly. Everything is foreign language. Also my TAn is gone I don’t know where. I wish you were here to program it correctly. I love your programs you have on. If there is a manual with a solution to my problem I’d like to know where I could buy one. Also I tried to get factory reset but that don’t work. I saw your videos and I hope you can help me to iron out the problems. I love the programs and setup. It’s fantastic. Thanks

Hi, Did you get it going? If not to change the language. - Go to setting (the gear) - Device Preferences ( 3rd last option, Picture of a TV) - Language (4th option)

Just purchased the elite max 2 series, how have these boxes held up? I have been using a Nvidia Shield pro with paid subscriptions, so I hope I made a good choice especially since the shield was perfect but just wanted this box because it's loaded and no more subscriptions needed and also because I like getting new things😂.

The elite max 2 is a good box, but with the tanggula boxes you have to clear the cache almost every day if you don't want any buffering.

Hi Jason, Will tang tv work on tanggula X1 the red top device. I installed tang tv from your site but when opened, a dropdown box reads device not recognized not tanggula device.

Yes it should work. You need to send your box S/N to tanggula and tell them to reactive it.

Turn up your TV volume first, then use the Tanggula remote to control the volume.
