My ex-girlfriend had a small lego house (nicely made out of all red bricks) on her mantlepiece, which had been super-glued together and presented to her as a present by a previous (German) boyfriend 😒🙄 I can only surmise that either he didn't fully understand the concept of Lego, or he simply wanted to ensure that all of his creations would 'last for a thousand years!' 😂

Another thing you can use them for: Practicing your edge highlights! Whenever you're priming a bunch of models, just also prime a few pieces of sprue, the weirder shape the better, and just go absolutely crazy with edge highlights! If you mess up nothing was wasted but a little bit of paint!

I like the use of them for a paint bottle holder I'm gonna have to make some to hold my Testors model paint bottles since I prefer to use them over the Citadel paints. And I like the idea of making your candles and bases using leftover sprues. There have been times when my minis were on a molded base and they werent big enough for the figure was to top heavy and would keep falling over and would need a bigger base to support the weight and making my own bases would come in handy when I needed one thanks
