What to use instead of chives or scallion, any recommendations?

You can use parsley as substitute, it will add enough fresh herbiness flavor or If you don’t have parsley, adding some cooked onion to the dish will give the flavour boost, although you’ll miss the visual element. Thank you for watching!

Oyster sauce and hoisin sauce taste very different, I wouldn’t recommend substituting it for that. Fish sauce is a good replacement tho.

@Big Sister Maria Hoisen sauce has a similar consistency as oyster sauce, hoisin sauce can usually be substituted in a 1-to-1 ratio. However, it may have a more potent flavor depending on its ingredients, in which case you may want to use a smaller amount.But you can also use fish sauce for substitute. Thank you for watching.

Looks good. Lose the annoying music and use a person. Also, other than two eggs, no actual quantities are listed. This would have been a great video otherwise. Please provide actual data and repost. Thank you!
