Well actually UPX is not even with a dollar amount. People who buy items in Upland will pay 2x. So if I buy a property for 100k UPX it will be sold for 50$ USD. It is actually a bad idea to buy UPX from the store because you lose half the value at purchase.

If you look at every property just based on its mint price then yes - plenty of cheap properties that you would probably lose on if you are a seller. There are however plenty of nodes and other neighborhoods where you can make quite a nice return. There absolutely is an abundance of worthless properties in Upland. The trick is knowing how to identify the valuable ones, and more importantly how to create value.

@@UplandGuideok but that has nothing to do with my statement. If you buy 100k UPX for 100$ it is counter productive. I can get the same amount for 50$… why would I pay double. It goes to the section of the video where you said 100k UPX is the same as 100$. This is simply not true and who ever is buy UPX directly from the shop is losing half their money at purchase…

Even you know that’s simply not true. People who don’t understand the game/platform are bound to lose, but it is absolutely possible to make money.
