I don’t have TS but I have dyscalculia. Honestly it got better with age but I still struggle with left and right opposite of me and small things like that. I’m able to teach algebra though so I must be going alright LOL

Hi I think I have turners syndrome but was undiagnosed. I now have five daughters and I’m now looking at two of them that I might think have a lot of these signs. And want to get them tested. What kind of doctor would check this out? Thanks for the info.
@ButterflyTV15 жыл бұрын
Hi! The only way to be diagnosed is through a blood test called a karyotype, you would start by getting a referral to an endocrinologist from you GP, and then they would order the tests. I would say you and them getting tested would help you to know more. Hope that helps!

Hi Brooke. I struggle with maths, that's because I have Dyscalculia, along with Dyspraxia and Auditory Processing Disorder. Have you been tested for Dyscalculia ? I have sensory issues, coordination issues, spatial awareness issues. As a male I don't have TS, obviously. But I share a few similarities with you. Yes, I'm short.

I struggle with math! And how do you get tested Im 21 and I don’t know if I have it I have some of the traits but not all? Is there such thing as atypical Turner syndrome?
@ButterflyTV16 жыл бұрын
To get tested you can have your doctor run a genetic test to get a karyotype which will show if there's any chromosomal abnormalities! I'd definitely get tested if you suspect something. You can absolutely have it without having every symptom

hello ! I was just checking some videos for TS, and I found u, first nice to meet you all the way from Portugal. Second of all I also have TS to me I was diagnose right after I was born, but never get to have hormones, but the thing is i am still happy. About infertility, it sucks but we have to do something if we really want to have a kid. but I would like to ask you a question, do you know if with treatments we can get pregnant ? kisses and nice to met you, I will definitely subscribe to your channel .

+Rafaela Almeida hi to Portugal!! Thank you!! I completely agree, it's hard but worth it. As far as getting pregnant with treatments, it depends on your specific case. Ivf with egg donation can be a very successful option after looking at your overall health. The first they will do is check your heart to make sure it is healthy enough to handle pregnancy, and if you are physically able to carry to term. It can be possible, but it does depend on your case. Nice to meet you too! Thank you!!

Are big foreheads part of Turner's syndrome or is just genetics? Mine is huge
@ButterflyTV17 жыл бұрын
I don't know that that would be specifically turners, that could be genetics, but it also could be a part of abnormal hairlines which is common with turners, the back hairline can be lower due to the access skin around the neck.
