Hype drop has better odds if ur a low level, I tested this by creating a new account and I pit 10 on the account, this account was lvl1 and my other account was lvl24 the lvl24 account can't pull anything good anymore, where my lvl1 account was pull very very frequently. Now after another 100euros on my lvl24 account I'm still yet to pull.
