my first seoul vlog! my actual first week was honestly a mess and so chaotic (still contemplating if I'm making a vlog for that lol) but happy to share how I spent my 25th birthday this year. Cafe hopping is popular in korea and that was definitely the priority for me. And let me tell you I was in AWE of all the cafe's I saw. I don't know how I'm going to visit them all in 2 months haha. BUT please enjoy watching me celebrate my first quarter century 🤍

I did home stay for 15 years and so many young Asian people I've met are trying to please their parents and live their dreams for them and that can be a mistake. Living your own dreams is the best, it's your life after all.

Hi Malia I'm really enjoying your videos about South Korea and I will also be travelling to South Korea for three months at the end of March :) I visited Seoul 2019 by myself and yes - the hardest thing for me was to go eat at restaurants alone. In 2 weeks I went only like 2 times for dinner alone (lunch was a lot easier for me) So I feel you! My personal challenge for my upcoming trip - going out to eat alone and not feeling embarrassed ;)
