I don't need boots! I use a wheelchair! Thanks for the offer. When you build the holiday lets, try to have one for disabled with ramps and grab handles, etc. There is a real shortage of suitable holiday spaces for disabled or even elderly infirm.

Once last piece of advice -- I'd place an air tag on the frame of your tiny house in case someone hauls it off if you aren't on the property. I worked on a local govt project, which was my idea as a demonstration project, for budding entreprenuers to rent a tricked out shipping container (which were on trailers and had AC units) and of the six we had, three were stolen overnight. I has suggested to my supervisor before hand that we buy airtags and place them on the frame of the trailers, and he thought it was impossible for people to steal our trailers behind a locked chain link fence yet it happened. We lost about $15K in our investment.

In Ceredigion 12 miles north of Cardigan, we worked together easily and enjoyed our long hours of grafting. One year after our work, our reward was everything on the our dinner plate was homegrown. Best buy you can get is your own tower. My husband bought one when we had to paint the outside of the house and it goes up to roof height. When you weigh up cost of hiring one and buying its cheaper and you have it for ever, with no rush of time scale.

I definitely go for the walking boots so that we can walk our Boxer dog in all weathers. I hope you guys consider having some spaces for touring caravans, it would be an easy income generator and I would love to bring our tourer down to visit you when you’re all set up. One last piece of advice. My grandad used to use crushed egg shell to sprinkle around his plants to keep the slugs away. Hope this helps. I have never had any luck with rain or mud boots. They either start leaking after a while, are too cold, or have a very uncomfortable footbed. Let’s just take a deep breath and pause for a moment ….. 26 tonnes of crap hauled out BY HAND. Also SORTED and divided up so it could be RECYCLED. I just wish they had a loyalty card at the dump so they could get it stamped 100kg by 100kg. I’m sure they would be well ahead as a Domestic Recycler! 😊😮😊 Wellies/Gumboots? I had a really good look at the website. I already have a gorgeous pair of yellow lace up Danish gumboots. But my husband is a very keen fisherman and goes out sea fishing and lake fishing so the Oceane waders would be fantastic and a perfect replacement for his waders which have just sprung a leak! He’s a size NZ11. Our son is the same size, so two birds with one set of waders! Thanks for looking. Also, if you can grow ginger, consider growing turmeric. It’s very similar to ginger in growing needs. Loofa are a bugger to grow, mine only got as big as large shop courgettes (8”) this year. It was very warm - we are in the BOP - don’t be discouraged, they are fiddly, but once you crack them, they are great. 😊
