My husband and I are exactly the same with the drinks! 🙄 My 30th year is coming to a close as I will be 31 on the 25th. I got the heartburn earlier from pregnancies but the body pain changes have definitely hit me this year. My knee was messed up for a while for no reason at all. Lol

39, turning 40 at the end of the month 😭 anyway heart burn has hit hard at 39 and my back...omg I have a shift in the vertebrae and the start of arthritis! Are you freaking kidding me?! I have a 10 yr old son, single mom. Who has time for this?! I should be living my best life and I'm struggling to take a shower in the morning 😂 however I am on the biggest weight loss journey of my life! Already down 12 lbs since the end of July!

Soda isn’t perishable, but after several months it just isn’t the same lol 😂 I had a 6 pack of soda I left sitting for 6 months and it tasted terrible. 😂

I use to get hangovers in my 20’s but on my 30th birthday I had the worst hangover ever. I almost went to the hospital because I felt like I had alcohol poisoning. Ever since that day I can’t drink like I use to. Also some foods just don’t hit like they use to. I have gut issues now. I’m turning 35 in November and I’m lowkey scared 😂

But those things are actually not normal and shouldn't be happening to your body at 30 years old or even 40. If you take care of your body, you are way less likely to have all of those aches, pains and ailments. They are preventable with exercise and maintaining muscle in your body. If all of that is happening to you guys now in your 30s and 40s, then you are gonna be in serious trouble come 60 and 70.

I will be turning 49 in a week. But my body is going on 80. 😞 I have had bad acid reflux/GERD for years now, my poor esophagus is ruined. I have had arthritis through my back since 2009. And so many other health problems its crazy!! Why did we wanna be an adult when we were kids? I feel like we get ripped off. haha

I went to physical therapy before I could have the plantar release I had to do abc’s with my feet very exaggerated and it did help some but the pain worsened I also used bands or bungees to stretch my feet with (so very painful)

@@Melanies7297 did your pain ever go away? This has been so frustrating for me as I have a job in my feet 8 hours a day plus I already deal with having multiple sclerosis 🤦‍♀️ I would love to be able to get past this foot issue! I have an appt with podiatry later this month.
