It's already been a tough start to our new lives, what with all the moving and packing and organizing... But we did it! We finally made it to our new home, and we can't believe how different it is!

You have a shut off at your water meter, wich is typically in your yard near the road. It only shuts off your home. Each has its own meter to Count usage for your home. The other should be at your water heater. Likely the shut off didn’t get installed, super easy job to put one in.

Our cut off Valve is outside in the yard in a hole in the ground with a special metal tool we have. You have to reach down there and twist it to turn it off with the metal tool. We live in Texas, I don't know if makes a different or not 🤷‍♀️.Good luck finding it. Also that leak is gonna run up your water bill. So you might want to get on top of that soon ❤

A K&J neon sign !! Yes !! Love the idea of switching it up. The neon light like Cuzzo AB would be cool. Maybe do a wish list and let the viewers decide and have them decorate by sending things off the wish list. Congratulations on the house. No way. Wild bunnies aren’t dangerous lol. But we had pet bunnies indoor that were litter trained. They are great as pets. Bunnies come out dusk and dawn. Put some carrots 🥕 out for them lol.

Y’all should look into an electric smoker. It’s basically like an outside oven, with the bbq flavor. You can even get probes to insert into the meat that you can track with your phone. It’s pretty easy and you don’t have to stand over it. It cooks low and slow. Congratulations on your new place. You could also look into a blow up hot tub. You can get them at Sam’s for sure. Pretty affordable and I feel like y’all would enjoy that.

Rabbits are crepuscular. They like to sleep a lot during the day, but in the evening early night time is when their playful and they run around. Jamil is right, partly lol Wild rabbits sleep with their eyes open as a defense mechanism. Pet rabbits, sleep with their eyes closed because they feel safer in their surroundings. I googled it because I wanted to know lol 😂

Awesome video! Yummy food. I don’t have carpet anywhere in my house. The carpet holds dead skin, cat hair, dust mites and no matter how much I would vacuum, when I did have carpet, my allergies were always messed up. So now, with hardwood floors my allergies are so much better and more controllable. Ask the HOA for a copy of the Rules and Regs. That will help you out tremendously.

I live in Florida. We have one right outside our door. Plus we have one that’s in our yard where our water meter is, in the ground. The one in our yard that’s on the meter only turns our water off.

Ohhhh I absolutely love to grill. I grill year round here in NH winter and all. We have a gas grill for convenience, but food grilled on a charcoal grill definitely tastes better. You guys will totally need to do a video outside in your yard. That would be so fun. I'm excited for you guys. BTW, I'm craving Olive Garden now. All of your food looked amazing. Have you ever had their Zuppa Toscana soup? If not, definitely try it. Also the build your own pasta. I do ziti with mushroom sauce and add a chicken fritta. Mmmm.

1. Is it a newer home? The water shut off may be in the garage walls. I know it sounds crazy, but check. A major water leak happened at my friend's house and that's were her's is. Also check with a neighbor who has the same same floor plan, house as yours, they may know we're the valve is. I hope this helps....

Can’t wait for your house tour!! 🤗 you both inspire me to get into a house again. We’ve been in our townhouse for over 5 years now. This is the longest we’ve ever stayed in one place, but after having our son we didn’t want to move around too much. The only thing that I like about living where we do, is it’s literally across the street from my sons school lol. I want to keep living in the town we do, but rent prices are soooo high, it’s ridiculous. Our goal is to own a home one day too, but the market really needs to change in order for us to even try. I did like your green screen setup, but I think putting up a mixture of shelving with different Knick knacks, plants, pictures etc would look awesome & you can interchange them during the holidays, but also get a neon sign or some LED lighting would really add to it 😄 can’t wait to see what you do! & can’t wait to see you two grilling in your backyard! Also, do you have to get a lawnmower or does your HOA have someone that comes to do the landscaping? Hey guys! Great vid! We moved into our rental home this past September. We couldn't find the emergency water cut off either!! Lol! We finally found it by the spigot for the hose. Usually, with a house, from my experience the street valve is the main one and it only controls your home not anyone else’s.

You guys spoke about BBQ, please don't make the mistake we made the first time which was not letting the lighter fluid burn off the charcoals before you put the meat on the grill or it will all taste like lighter fluid! Give it at least 15 to 20 minutes or until the charcoals turn almost all white.

lol, Jamil " Are they animalistic?" about the bunnies I laughed so hard. Usually bats, foxes and raccoons, skunks are rabid. Also, stray dogs, more common in 3rd world countries but can be stray dogs in the states can be rabid. A lot of these animals are nocturnal so if you see them during the day something is off but they will also be scared of water, aggressive and sometimes white foam from the mouth. Rabbits can bite out of fear since they are tiny. I would not approach wild animals unless they are needing help, even the cute ones can be dangerous. Congrats on moving into the new home. I love olive garden salad and their dressing it is soo delicious and their pita chips with the spinach dip. I actually prefer the propane gas grill over the coal one. It is much easier to deal with and not a lot of cleaning like with the coal.

I live in Vancouver,Wa and in our neighborhood we have bunnies that run and roam EVERYWHERE. They are cute until they start coming in your yard and using it for a pooping box and eating all and everything that you plant. Our strawberries, roses, cactus and they try to get into our garbage cans at night lol but they have ruined our garden and even when we do our best to block areas off they still get in there lol

I researched it and bunnies (which are rabbits 😅) are NOT nocturnal and in many countries they’re signs of good luck. 😊 And Jamil was right, they sleep with their eyes open as a safety mechanism against predators.

Regarding the water leak situation, the property manager should know where it is. Check to see if you have a little secret tiny room maybe under the stairs or somewhere on the wall or closets that you just push for it to be open.

Bunnies do sometimes sleep with their eyes open to keep predators away In the wild. But if there, your furry little friends/pets they will sleep with their eyes closed. It's just a Defense mechanism to keep Predators from attacking. It makes them appear awake and less vulnerable. My sisters had rabbits growing up for school they showed them for FHA class.
