Really nice job Jeramy. That 80 sure demolishes stumps. Working on getting the culvert - OCS had some promised to me but sold it - more is on order. See you soon.

Yes, it works well. I don't know why culverts have been so hard to get lately.

I would like to hear more on how the textile road base failed. Seems to need proper drainage away from it. Its pretty cool how work uphill to make space can create more space below.

The trail was so steep that him running his tractor up and down was chewing through the gravel and eating the textile. It just didn't work on such a steep slope. At the beginning, the trail was never intended to have heavy use, and then plans changed.

I installed the geocells on top of geo fabric - first mistake on a slope - the rock wants to slide and doesn't dig into the base dirt below it. And it did wash out some because it wasn't ditched. On a flat spot, over geo fabric, and overfilled and compacted, it works ok, but not for heavy traffic with heavy machinery. I plan to use it for a pad to put one of the tanks on - it will have no traffic and will just be a flat, firm surface to cover a bunch of roots that might damage the bottom of the tank.

I like that 80.. but I like that 40 also. If you would have had that 80 on that big slope around to the back yard it would have been nice . I think that was the first one I watched

Do you ever use a grading beam? A long log works good too don’t it? I have a question I ran a ford 555 backhoe for a bit a long time ago but it seems like I could pull both leavers at a time and it kinda was like skimming I guess that is what I’m trying to say but is it like that on a excavator

Does any other company make a 6 way blade attachment for the 80
@jeramyreberpuredirt78736 ай бұрын
@@randywilson6869 not that I know of, but a 6 way would be very nice.

He has been a wonderful customer to work with. We have become good friends. I will be sad when the project is done. I really enjoy working for him. Have a wonderful evening 😀

😂 I think the feeling is mutual. Back when I was struggling and scratching things up and making things worse with my TLB, a neighbor recommended "a good tractor guy." I was thinking, 'what's he talking about? I'm sitting here on my tractor.' So Jeramy shows up and starts doing things right. And doing things on slopes I'd be afraid to operate on. I might have spent the money on an excavator, but it still would be all scratched up and not done right, and I might be pushing daisies after rolling the excavator down the hill 🤠 We're going to have a real nice place when we're done and I will miss working with Jeramy. Hopefully I can be the grade rod or shovel man for him once in a while.
