U did not know before we told u in last stream that in the devotion update they made it to where artificers primary does scale well with attack speed (decreases both animation and skill cooldown)

it seems there is a cap on max speed, maybe there is a way to remove that cap and see how does all those syringes look like

Yeah I think there is too, there is a mod to remove the cap but I think it only works truly on commando sadly
