Turning Dresses into Dreams!

As part of the Diocese of Covington's Campaign of Mercy, the month of January is focused on the work of clothing the naked. Cinderella's Closet is one of the many ministries in the Northern Kentucky area to embody that mercy.
Cinderella's Closet was founded in 2006 by Erin Preston after a run in with a teenager who could not afford a prom dress. Mrs. Peterson, moved by the young girl, offered to buy the dress. As the two parted ways the young girl said to Mrs. Peterson, "I am going to look just like Cinderella." From there, Cinderella's Closet was born, helping teenage girls who cannot afford prom dresses get the dress of their dreams at no cost.
