The one issue is that sometimes an expensive piece of jewelry can lose all it's value when you take it apart. Just a general warning. Research it to see if it's worth something. I mean, I found a forty dollar pearl necklace at an antique fair for a buck so...

wish ppl would stop spelling jewelry that way..its Jewellery.. you don't say, jeweler you spell it, jeweller with 2 LLs so needless to say Jewellery is that not the other.. Don't know which uneducated person in first came up with that, but they'd best learn english ..

Jewelry is the standard spelling in the United States. Jewellry (with two l's) is typically used in the U.K. What was that you said about being "uneducated"?
