🌈 Turning Random Color Names into Characters! 😲 | Arrtx OROS Markers!!

Hello everyone! In this week's video I am turning 3 randomly picked colors and their names into characters! I am going to be doing this with the 90 set of OROS alcohol-based markers as well as the 48 skin tone set of OROS alcohol-based markers! I am designing two new original characters! I will sketch the drawings digitally in Clip Studio Paint and color the drawings with the supplies from @arrtxglobal !

My mind immediately thought "they're girlfriends" when Skylar was being drawn. They're both great but I'm more drawn to Skylar cos her design is such an attention grabber and is also a nice mix of cool gray and a relatively warm purple. Anadia is adorable, and as someone who likes pink i have to say that her color palette is really cute.

I would love to see you incorporate more ethnicities into your designs! The majority of the characters you have have white features, so it would be pretty cool to see some differences.

It might be hard to translate that into the manga art style, which I find in general tends to suffer from same-face syndrome, and often fails miserably at depicting non-white characters, or the opposite where it just looks out of place. I think Rebekah's actually one of the better ones in this regard. But I agree that it would be cool to see more :)

My headcanons for them is they have that bond that the two in NANA has. They’re somewhat polar opposites but they get along well. They’re bordering the line between best friends and romantic partners tho lol. Skyler is actually lowkey famous as a snowboarder, Anadia is a fan of her. Skyler loves going to the bakery where Anadia works at. She loves eating there and watching the clumsy apprentice at work.

I love Skyler so much. And YES ABSOLUTELY PLS DO CAMEOS. A bit like Bonbon and Lyra in MLP, where we see them in the background and we get to see little peaks of their lives and their interactions, and then maybe an episode or two focusing on them (like a side story). I imagine any of your characters going to a bakery and Skyler is standing a few people behind them, waiting in line to see Anadia. ALSO seeing Skyler and Anadia in her more casual outfits would be so cool (especially Skyler). Also yes I do ship them aldshadlalsjd (did I mention I love Skyler)
