My mind immediately thought "they're girlfriends" when Skylar was being drawn. They're both great but I'm more drawn to Skylar cos her design is such an attention grabber and is also a nice mix of cool gray and a relatively warm purple. Anadia is adorable, and as someone who likes pink i have to say that her color palette is really cute.

It might be hard to translate that into the manga art style, which I find in general tends to suffer from same-face syndrome, and often fails miserably at depicting non-white characters, or the opposite where it just looks out of place. I think Rebekah's actually one of the better ones in this regard. But I agree that it would be cool to see more :)

As to how they would meet ... perhaps her work is near a snowboarding centre where Skylar likes to go when she is unable to go actual snowboarding and pops in on her way or after for a treat and that how they meet? 😊

Skyler reminds me a bit of Thalia Grace from Percy Jackson with the black hair and blue eyes. They're both kind of cool characters. And the hairstyle is pretty similar too. And Anadia is adorable. Great job drawing them ❤

I was thinking what if Anadia is from the same town as Samson and Finley but she works at a bakery that is the rivals of Samson and Finley's older siblings bakery. And Anadia wants to be friends with Samson and Finley but is scared to disappoint her mentor. Just an idea but I thought since she's a baker that she would totally fit into that world of yours. I love the end results they are so pretty. Keep up the AMAZING art.

I love Skyler so much. And YES ABSOLUTELY PLS DO CAMEOS. A bit like Bonbon and Lyra in MLP, where we see them in the background and we get to see little peaks of their lives and their interactions, and then maybe an episode or two focusing on them (like a side story). I imagine any of your characters going to a bakery and Skyler is standing a few people behind them, waiting in line to see Anadia. ALSO seeing Skyler and Anadia in her more casual outfits would be so cool (especially Skyler). Also yes I do ship them aldshadlalsjd (did I mention I love Skyler)
