I’ve done 2 rebrickable modular rebuilds so far, also friends sets, we did “autumn’s house” and “Main Street”, both from designer ‘re-bricked’ he’s kind of genius with part usage in friends sets lol, but I prefer for them to use “only” parts in set unless absolutely necessary like plate, cause for 1, if you already own it, boom, lol, and also cause even if your buying it, way easier to grab a set, then to order spare parts you need, or list, especially for newby lol, which I was, but I also feel if your someone ordering “rebrickable directions” in first place, it’s assumed your pretty deep into lego n have some spare parts laying around lol, and for me the hodgepodge stuff, n things that don’t exactly make sense, leave room for customization n adding your own pieces to taste along way in build, which happened with both my builds, n made it even more fun n made sets even better

Check them out on eBay, I bought each one new for about $100 a piece rather than $159 a piece. Forgot to mention that in the video…

You can use the minidoll hair on minifigures. I have kids. We say the minidolls are elves or models. They are good to fill out background crowd.

The idea Lego had with the empty apartment above the florist is to "buy" furniture from the furniture store, and furnish it.

Definitely a very cool moc up! The furniture store design with the front tile work always has me awwing at the set every time I see it in a store. Also I feel you, I'm not personally a fan of interior building
