AK: I left my corporate job after experiencing mental and physical health issues, and we started our KZbin channel to document our journey as new property investors in 2019 with no upfront capital. Lia: With nearly a decade of experience building my own entertainment channel on KZbin from 0 to over 330k followers, the unpredictable nature of a content creator's monthly income took a toll on my mental health. Ultimately, my goal is to build a secure financial foundation for our future family.

oh Lia I was just watching an old Joel and Lia video, and you guys said Brits don't say "son of a bitch"? But I looked it up, and it actually appears in one of Shakespeare's plays, King Lear! It's in Act II, Scene 2. The Earl of Kent says, "...art nothing but the composition of a knave, beggar, coward, pander, and the son and heir of a mongrel bitch..." lmao! 🙂

ak and lia, will there be solar power on the roof? California requires that now for all new residential builds, and 46% of all existing homes in California have solar. 😀 How about AC? That's very important here in California, it does get hot. On Friday, 29.4 centigrade is predicted, and we had 35 a couple weeks ago 🙂 Newcastle upon Tyne? In the Peter Hamilton book, Great North Road, there's an interstellar gateway there that leads to a planet that has a special fuel that causes negligible CO2 release. 🙂

No solar panels. They are super expensive and would throw the numbers way out as an investment. No AC either. This is the UK 😂 although summers are getting warmer.
