"An animatronic bear possessed by the vengeful ghost of a dead child" honestly is pretty standard for modern Ghost-types lol. Phantump, Yamask, Frosslass, Bramblin etc. That being said tho, I think Trapparition is one of the best-rendered 'mon you've done If you do a part 6, I'd be interested in seeing you do a Lara Croft Pokémon, some sort of spelunking 'mon, maybe a Portal Pokémon, combining the usage of portals with the game's robot characters' aesthetics, maybe turning a character from ARMS into a Pokémon, or even maybe creating some kind of pseudo-legendary out or Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7

I actually like the idea of a child dying in the woods and possessing a bear Pokémon that was going extinct so in an effort to save it humans bonded it with machinery. I know it’s more of a cyborg bear possessed by a child but it’s a little bit closer to what Freddy Fazbear actually is.

Trapparition's bear trap inspiration is more clever than you realize-- not only does Freddy trap the player, but some of the anamatronics in the series are specifically built to capture children-- like a bear trap is to wolves and deer.

I don't recall if you did any based on Amaterasu from Okami or not. She could make for an interesting Legendary-style Pokemon, though. Perhaps she could be a Normal or Fairy/Rock-Type merged with her statue form or something from when Sakuya revives her from her statue at the start of the game. I know she'd have a wide move pool, though, owing to her use of Celestial Brush techniques.

For Trapparition, all of the design choices and the colors can be references to other Freddys! The screws like Dreadbear (FNaF VR), the stomach mouth and sharp claws like Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare (FNaF 4), the bear trap as a reference to Springtrap (FNaF 3), the purple for Shadow Freddy (FNaF 2) and the green for Virtua-Freddy (FNaF World). I know you didnt do it on purpose but holy hell, with all of these Freddy references from the franchise, it makes it even better! Good job!!

Well he's done an anime characters as pokemon vid. Western cartoons wouldn't be too far a stretch. Kim Possible would be a fighting type, Danny Phanton a ghost/ice type, and Robin from TT could be fighting/flying (Not because he's named after a bird but because he's a skilled acrobat and martial artist)

The bear trap stomach for Trapparition is actually pretty fitting considering how animatronics having mouth stomachs is really common in FNAF 4 and FNAF Sister Location 11:05 Bear-ier? Oh hey this is the most recent one! Uhhhh... Flippy Doggenbottom Pokemon, in reference to Toontown, a prank-loving dog Pokemon with rubberhose design elements and a wide movepool, including some sort of pie move gimmick (I feel like Pie would be lumped in with Fairy types, maybe a Normal/Fairy type Pokemon? With of course an ability that makes them supereffective against Steel types with all of their attacks so that they aren't being walled out by the sort of thing that they easily take out in their basegame, robots.)

Love how you incorporated the first five eras of Freddy into one monster wether all intentional or not, his head shape extremely close to the original while the portly round body and heavy limbs are more suited to toy Freddy, his broken down, patchwork appearance akin to Withered Freddy, bear trap-esque stomach/mouth a nod to Nightmare Freddy, his shiny looking like Funtime Freddy, and finally the name “Trapparition” has the potential to be a PERFECT nod to Phantom Freddy

Another banger of a video, Ron! There are so many Pokemon in this series that I wish were really in the game so that I could have them on my team! Spyrogue hits a few points for me: it's my personal top game series combining with my other favorite series for one, for another... you could have a whole team of Spyrogue if it can type-change like Silvally! Also, Tangle Hamain is 100% on the mark for your Freddy interpretation. Not only does it work as a concept, but with or without intention it encompasses a vast scope of Freddy reference and franchise references! I'd be interested to see what you could do with Bowser and/or Luigi's Mansion Luigi. Bowser because I think he'd be a challenge since he looks like a fire-typed Blastoise already, and Luigi's Mansion Luigi because the poltergust seems like the perfect gimmick to give a Pokemon that's strong against ghost types!

I like Ploomage but I think for Bayonetta you could've done an alternative evolution for Impidimp into a more feminine mon, kinda like how Gallade added a masculine alternative to Gardevoir. Grimmsnarl's hair theming is just too good of a fit! Overall though great video, these designs are a lot of fun.

Trap partition is great! The design not only resembles Freddy from the first game, but the bear trap making the belly have teeth reminds me of Nightmare Fredbear, as well as the Frankenstein parts sewn together making it like Dreadbear, the Halloween version of Fredbear. Overall the idea of mixing the ghost of a bear with the trap it died in is awesome. It also makes me think of what this Pokémon would’ve looked like before dying, like Revavroom and others.

I've got an idea for Spyrogue's hidden ability. I call it "Progression." it nullifies damage from fairy-type attacks while boosting ATK & SP.ATK. It's a reference to how fairies save Spyro's progress.

If you want a non-combatant(non-fighter) video game character as inspiration for a fakemon for the series, maybe you could try Cooking Mama from her titular series. She is a NPC who helps/teaches the player how to cook various dishes. She has a 'gag' when the player does poorly for a part of the cooking process she gets flaming eyes and says "It's alright, Mama will help you.". Or you could play up a mini-game gag in "Cooking Mama World Kitchen" in which if a player makes a misstep in part of the cooking the game immediately pans to a mini-game in which Mama intervenes to assist the player (i.e. blowing away the wrong ingredient or catching something that went flying)

I think Trapparition should get a signature move called "jumpsnare" Steel/Physical/160bp/---%/5PP +1 priority, hits through protect, breaks barriers, always fliches, but can only be used on the first turn the user is out. Desc: the user disappears into the Shadows and suddenly jumps in front of the target, jumpscaring and biting them with steel jaws, always causing them to Flinch. It hits through protect and breaks barriers, but can only be used on the first turn the user is out. It never misses.

This series is so cool. All of these episodes have been amazing. There are so many cool and clever inspirations behind each of these Pokémon that fit the original video game characters so well. All of these designs are awesome. Honestly, there’s only one more character I really want to see that Ron hasn’t made yet and it’s the Beheaded from the game Dead Cells. Obviously Ron can choose whatever type he wants, but the Beheaded screams a cool Fighting/Ghost or Fighting/Fire type to me.

Honestly for the Bayonetta pokemon, I'd have gone for a shape shifting pokemon. She can turn into a crow, a Panther, a flock of bat's, and a snake qhen in water. So maybe a dark/fairy type that plays on the changeling aspect of the fae could have been interesting. It could change its shape based on an item it's holding ala rotom. Another thing you could have gone with is a marionette/doll theme with luminescent butterfly wings. A parasite-like insect pokemon possessing a doll, allowing it to have the long limbs that comes with it possessing a wooden doll. The long hair belonging to the dark void clinging to the back of the doll where the glimmering wings are coming from.

That was AMAZING. I love the design you gave for the Trapparition! It plays off so many things! Also i like how you didnt base the shiny off of Golden Freddy or even Fredbear, because that wouldve been too... On the nose, i guess? Also Cuppa is really cute. The idea of a Cuphead-based Pokemon being a Kappa is actually pretty smart! Spyrogue is also extremely accurate. Its Spyro, but just... more Pokemon-like and BOOM, simple but effective! Ploomage creating feather golems is a nice way to implement Bayo's powers, by the way. And for an eventual part six..? I have a few ideas in mind... --- BOYFRIEND (FNF) Now i'm unsure for this one, but the type could be just pure Normal type. Perhaps the microphone is actually some sort of tail..? Quite unsure, but i feel like something can be done with this. EATER OF WORLDS + BRAIN OF CTHULHU (Terraria) Two rivals looking to corrupt the world, the first is Ground/Poison, the other is Psychic/Dark! I even have name ideas for both of them: Rottenelida, the World Eater Pokemon. & Ceregoretex, the Bloody Brain Pokemon. (these dont have to be used if the idea is taken in) MONOKUMA (Danganronpa) Another bear. Could be Fairy/Dark? A playfully murderous bear Pokemon, who likes to play games that... DONT always end so well. KING BOO (Luigi's Mansion) It could be Ghost/Psychic, since King Boo's crown seemingly has psychic powers inside of it. Maybe basing it off of paintings, perhaps? King Boo seems to like those a lot... SPAMTON (Deltarune) I mean, we had Undertale... Why not Deltarune? ... would be more complicated for poor ol' Big Shot over there... but i think something like Electric/Bug or Electric/Dark could work? Maybe PIKMIN? There could be multiple types of these little fellas... by that i mean something like: Red is Grass/Fire Yellow is Grass/Electric Blue is Grass/Water Purple is Grass/Fighting White is Grass/Poison Rock is... Well, Grass/Rock. And finally, Pink is Grass/Flying. Up next, HEAVY (TF2). I see this one as a Fighting/Steel type, with a love for sandviches. And as another detail, it takes EXTREMELY GOOD CARE of its weapon, even going as far as to "punish" whoever dares touch it. And last but not least... ROSALINA. Could very well be Psychic/Fairy, since Pokemon that are associated with space have the Psychic type most of the time... and Fairy fits the magical part of Rosalina for sure. ... and i definitly see this one as some sort of caretaker for Minior, since Minior are kinda like Lumas and Starbits in a stort of way! --- ... And thats pretty much it. I also wanted to expand on these ideas a bit, maybe to give a sort of... "base"? Anywho, i hope one of these ideas will be used in the next episode of TVGCIP! ... also i realised how much FAIRY, DARK and PSYCHIC re-appear here... Huh. Neat. (P-S: I hope this is not too much, i just had a LOT of ideas i think could work in this lil series of yours!)

I could see Joker as a psychic type since he invades people's hearts and minds. Madeline could also be psychic, Banjo could be fighting, Kazooie a flying type that rides on Banjo similar to Calyrex and its steeds, and Cloud could be steel/fighting

Clever approach with Bayo-Bird. Well-played. Onto future suggestions... Joker (Persona 5) - A black cat that steals from those who abuse wealth and power, then gives it to those less-fortunate. It is rumored to be able to "steal people's hearts" and turn them away from evil, but no one has seen this in action. King Dedede (Kirby) - Kirby got turned into a Mega Evolution. Turn Dedede into a Gigantamax form, as he has a thing for turning gigantic in some of his games. Little Mac (Punch Out!) - Something akin to Hitmonchan, but takes on a more intense training regime and more vicious fighting style to make up for its...stature. Possibly Mega-Evolves into Giga-Mac. Ganondorf/Ganon (Legend of Zelda) - Dark-Legendary akin to Yveltal or Giratina. A monstrous, boar-like monster that boasts immense physical strength and "calamitous" mystic power. Donkey Kong - Somewhere between Slaking and Rillaboom, this ape has immense strength (and a talent on bongo drums) but prefers to relax in its jungle home and eat bananas. Princess Zelda (Legend of Zelda) - An offshoot to the Link Pokemon, it is rumored that these two species are bound by destiny, as they frequently find each other (sometimes, romantically) and unite to fight great evils.

Ok, let me try to think of some video game characters for next time: - Seeing how Fire Emblem is highly presented in Smash Bros., how about one based on Marth? (Personally i'd choose Corrin from FE: Fates for their water dragon design, but they're not exactly well appreciated from what i learned) - Clonoa, she has quite a lot todo with dreams and nightmares, so i'd love to see a take on that - Jump King, it would be funny to see such a simple character with such a simple but difficult goal implemented into a Pokemon - Cloud from Final Fantasy, such an iconic character for an iconic video game, it would be fun to see his concept in a Pokemon i'll leave it at that, my cat needs attention =J

I do like the idea for Spyro and Freddy who I definitely wanna discuss the most. With Spyro, I definitely like the idea of taking the different power up forms from the original trilogy as the main feature since he is just a dragon. However, a trait that is special to Spyro that I feel should also have been focused on are his horns as it's one of his most iconic moves. Now to expand on the concept, there's a game series that I know many hate but I feel that an inspiration from Skylanders could work as well as it showed more of a connection to the Magic Element but also gave a chance to help improve on certain skills. Case in point, the horns. In Swap Force, Spyro was given a Series 3 Variant where his Wow Pow improved his horn attack but also changed him physically to where he had much larger looking horns. This design even followed to his awakened form in Skylanders Ring of Heros which also gave the design a little flare as well with some of the markings on his body. I feel that a mix of the Reignited design and elemental breath power ups mixed with the Magic Element and Horn upgrades of Skylanders would make for an interesting design that would stand out a bit more compared to other dragon Pokémon. As for Freddy, I do like the concept and ideas you put there and I'm not sure if I have much to discuss on possible concepts as it's much more different than the actual character. Line I wonder how differently the design would've been if the base was more related to Withered Freddy rather than Classic Freddy. I feel like there should be other concepts I could bring up but I'm at a loss for it. It may come to me in the future but that's a possibility. Now, if I was to ever give a character suggestion for the future, I think that maybe characters like Skull Kid (Majora's Mask), Ink Demon/Bendy (Bendy and the Ink Machine/Dark Revival), various Skylanders, and either Zack and/or Wiki (Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure), would all be interesting ideas as they're all characters from series that I love and think in your style would work pretty well for these characters. Like how Zack and Wiki could be a partner kind of gimmick like other Pokémon we've had in the past and even seen with Scarlet and Violet. Various Skylanders may fall under the same category as the Spyro you made as they're already the creature but could have a bit more design changes or just be stylized, the Ink Demon/Bendy could have 2 forms with one being the cartoonish one and the other being the Ink Demon, and Skull Kid would be a woodland like creature wearing a mask of great power and may even have a face behind the mask.

Not only that but Magneti is decades old at this point. A paradox Ursaring could have been inspired by Freddy but it's ties to the original pokémon would limit Ron's options to adapt the animatronic bear's lore.

Absolutely LOVE all of these designs! The Bayonetta one is probably my favorite design and concept wise. Great job as always, the only one I have an issue with is Cuphead's Pokemon adaptation Cuppa. The lips look a LOT like minstrel lips used in blackface. And while there are a few Pokemon that have these lips, the majority of them don't show up after gen 3 except for Overqwil (Though the Foongus line, Stunfisk, and Bruxish are pushing it). I'm sure you wouldn't purposely put something like that in your art so I'd recommend doing something with the beak like Quaxly, Ducklett, or Torchic to avoid this. Thanks for reading!

While the original freddy probably wouldve been fine in pokemon because phantump exists; I really do love how you executed Trapparition's concept and design! It actually fits ALOT with spinglock suits in lore, and that fact you probably achieved this on accident makes it extra fun! In fnaf springlock suits are animatronic and suit hybrids that are incredibly dangerous and kill if you make a wrong move in one, hence the main antagonists name in fnaf 3, Springtrap Trapparition also fits with Dreadbear! A fun frankenstein freddy character made for a Halloween update ;p

I love all these! They’re all so cool, and I’ve been loving the series so far! I know that recommendations are usually on twitter (I think?), but I think it would be cool to do a character from Ni No Kuni- maybe like Oliver, Shane, Drippy, or Shadar! I feel like Oliver would be either just a normal type, or a normal psychic type, heck even maybe a normal fairy type for the whole ‘pure of heart’ thing- Drippy could be fairy fighting, given he’s the ‘lord high lord of the fairies,’ and he’s definitely got the fighting attitude. I feel Shane would be a dark type maybe, maybe even a dark steel type, since he’s a thief that uses a cool grabber gun to steal things. For Shadar I wanna say he could be a dark ghost type, or a dark psychic type. He’s a dark, evil guy, who uses dark, purple kinda magic to screw you over- not only that, but he has the ability to corrupt people, and take bits of heart out of people who disobey him-

I loved what you did with Trapparition! For a character to try out, I'd like to give a challenge. If you haven't yet, how about making a pokemon based on Isaac from "The Binding of Isaac". I'm sure the religious aspects of the game can help with coming up with a design, be it an angel or a demon.
