I appreciate the analysis and it is excellent advice; however, I felt you spent too much time demonstrating the swing you didn't want used and almost no time going through the swing you were recommending (i.e. actually demonstrating the full swing). I definitely would have liked to see several more full swings on the right plane. Otherwise, really enjoyed the instruction.

I agree with you 99.9% of the time on your hitting theories but I am having a hard time seeing this movement the way you describe it. I would love to see you show this from the rear view of an actual MLB player. I know you are over exaggerating the movement for drilling purposes, much like Aaron Judge on deck, but he doesn't come close to turning his barrel like that in a real swing.
