This is undeniably a huge moment in music history and even in music reaction history and I think it'd be silly to let it pass you by because you wanna keep some kind of purity. This beef may have already ended but if there's more to come, cover it! that's one of the best things about reaction channels is getting to see people react to current ongoing events and capturing that moment forever. Bay Area weighing in. That verse way more similar to DMX than the traditional Cali sound. Even super hype aggressive rappers have a somewhat slower and lower energy cadence. It’s like mellow malice. DMX is the hardest rapper ever and his enunciation and ability to draw you in even though he’s essentially yelling at furiously is incredible. I’m not huge fan of the East Coast sound, but DMX was kind of more Cali in some ways, he should have come over here and given us the hardest rapper in the game. Kendrick’s ability to switch tone to match bars is pretty flawless. His. little jabs with the Canadian accent are hilarious.

What more proof are you waiting for for the PDF allegations? Drake booked a restaurant to celebrate a girl turning 18, who he had known previously. Drake danced on stage with a fan, asked her age (17) and proceeded to say "I get in trouble for shit like this" and "your bxxbs feel so good against my chest" and kissed her on the lips. He (33) initiated contact with a FOURTEEN year old girl, set up multiple dinners and then texted her on her private number where he let the conversation go into her romantic life where he gave her "advice". To answer the dad's question: This beef goes back to Kendrick's "Control" verse that sparked alot of rappers when he declared himself the best rapper in the game. He called out alot of rappers in respect as peers to do a verse to prove that they can rap better than him. Drake was one of the few -- if not the only one -- who refused to do a verse and genuine took the call out to heart as if Kendrick was actually insulting him, claiming in interviews he didn't have to respond, using his commercial success to title himself as the #1 rapper and as justification to not have to do a verse. Kendrick didn't like that and called him out for being sensitive when he did the BET Cypher. After 12 years of throwing shots at each other across multiple songs and albums, here we are. And as Kendrick is someone who is very honest and open about his thoughts and feelings in his music, yes he made it more than clear that he does not like Drake and hasn't done any more collaborations with Drake post-Poetic Justice. It's also why he exposed in "euphoria" that he was surprised Drake asked for a feature request, knowing that they aren't on good terms.

6:45 "kendrick's never done something like this aye?" first off, amazing canadian accent, second, he kinda did. King Kunta is a very la type song and humble was also KIND OF a bop, albeit not very west coast like

If there’s more disses you guys have to react… we are witnessing history, the fans won’t hate you for that move. The beef will eventually end… the reactions will continue. This beef is the moment rn.

Pops made a great catch remembering drakes elongated punchline and noticing how Kendrick flipped it, it was on family matters where he said “heard one of them kids might be Dave freeeeeeees” I usually watch your channel for vibes not context but I didn’t notice that!!!!

They don’t get it. drakes a pariah This was more brutal than Meet the Grahams. He took his brand and credibility, the clubs and exiled him from the culture.

One of my favorite parts of this beef was Drake posting "The Heart Part 6 out now. And we know you're dropping 6 mins after..." only for Kendrick to leave him on read and likely jump on a video call with Pusha & Metro instead to laugh his ass off whilst the entire West coast continued to crip walk to 'Not Like Us' 🤣
