She’s just sold out Alexander palace two nights in a row in London which is around 10,000 people so I’m really glad her home gives her love. She has a really thick London accent rapping style I can see why it might be a bit harder for her to break. Hopefully they catch on but if not, don’t care. They haven’t got so much great shit. I think I remember Simz saying in an interview with fantano that she put Miss Understood at the end because she had more to say, and she knew she'd regret it if she didn't say what she needed to. I agree that 'How Did You Get Here' would have made an incredible closer, but with how breathtaking this album is from start to finish - for me, ending on the softer more personal moment of Miss Understood grounds the entire project. It brings the whole thing back down to earth in the most beautiful way

For me, the reason the last two tracks are in the order that they are because Simz is letting her sister take priority over her because that's what introverts do. She would rather end the album talking about her sister instead of herself. Idk if I'm reading far too much into it or it was just a sub-conscious thing for her, but that's what I like to think in terms of the ordering, love the reaction 🫶

The production and orchestration is flawless. The sequencing is unlike any album I've heard, with the use of interludes that genuinely sound amazing and add so much to the experience. I think she ended on miss understood because throughout the album you learn to understand her and how she works and what’s she’s been through. So the audience and her have this relationship of no longer miss understanding each other as she is now miss. Understood. Yet, even after you say your peace, you can still be missunderstood. Which is where she brings in her family and how even the closest people can misunderstand her intentions. Which leads on to another feeling to explore in a later album but also life

So so happy to see this album on here. This is one of those albums that is just dripping in s-tier production and everything else just works so well. It’s been a minute but definitely putting this back in the rotation for listens

I’m so happy you guys love this album and seeing Kevin tear up to standing ovation and I see you made me so happy. I saw her live in LA and she was outstanding. She was rapping basically 5 feet away from me and it was so incredible. She is such a talent and I hope you listen to NO THANK YOU it’s amazing. (P.S. please listen to injury reserve it would be so fun to hear Kevin’s reaction to their stuff)

I love the drums on this record. They’re played live and it just sounds clean and crispy af. As a producer shit like that elevates songs big time.

I never listened to little simz before until just 2 weeks ago early October and she is so refreshing, not going to lie, I looked her up after watching the final season of Top Boy,I hadn't even looked her up when she first appeared on the show, but anyways I literally was shook when I heard intervention, and then deranged,woman,101fm, I love you I hate you, point & kill.. and I swear I've been listening to her none stop, I'm so glad I found her, better late than never. Damn..and also great reaction guys!!!!!

This is easily in my top 10 albums of the decade so far and one of my favorite rap albums ever. As a black African woman (from East Africa) this album resonates with me on a deeper level so to see you two loving it so much, especially Kevin's enthusiastic reactions, truly is gratifying. You're reminding me why it's so important to share music with our loved ones. Bless both of you. ❤

One of the best rappers to come out of the UK all time. Someone I saw recently headline NASS festival in the UK and watching her again live in Portland when I'm there. Fantastic live performance. Anyone who has the opportunity to see her absolutely see her.
