14:04 - I did not interpret this as humans turning into vegetables. I figured the radiation was bringing vegetables to life. I mostly think this as earlier we see acorns coming to life much to their surprise. It's also posited that the radiation is a gift that brings life.

28:34 - It's kind of strange. Usually the more difficult, secret/completion ending is not the worse result, but I feel as if it is in this game. Very subversive indeed.

Yea it's the worst ending for sure (since we nuked the greenhouse) but is interesting to think on since we gave the mayor enough time to fulfill his master scheme by completing all the side quests. It's a fun design element
