@@hoosierbaddy3052 So, if steaks are ordered, the meat station cooks them well, the Fish station should also get a "well done"? I don't think that makes any sense. I believe part of it is that Gordon Ramsay doesn't want his kids to be spoilt and receive any special treatment at his restaurants, no discounts or freebies. He wants to see his kids work hard to achieve whatever they want in life so that whatever they attain, they have attained by their own merits. It may seem a little harsh, but I respect it. Of course, he'll never let them go hungry; he cooks for his own family, and his greatest joy is cooking with his kids and teaching them his recipes. But he also wants them to learn the value of hard work and appreciating what they have.

I think he realized if he's a hot head all the time his outbursts become normalized like that's just how Gordon is all the time... Now like when sous chefs Scott, James or Christina goes off it gets your undivided attention because it's out of the norm and you know it's important to listen up It's maturity and growth even he would admit he was out of control at times

I always check the pasta before serving it. It's the difference of 1-2 minutes between al dente and regular. If it's that undercooked, we're talking 3-4 minutes undercooked. Pasta is generally ready in 8 minutes coming out of boiling water. The lamb being that raw doesn't make sense either. You can temp it, but they should've had a general idea where it's at by how long it was cooking. These simple steps throughout the process would have saved them a lot of time, and it's standard procedure on a hot line.

Ramsay heavily toned down the yelling this season I noticed. Might be age, but I’ve never seen him so chill about undercooking steak twice in a row. He even explained to them how it was meant to be cooked.

It also explains why the ratings are way lower than originally. The show isn’t doing well.
