I think this is one of the first bands i've ever liked through the progress of different sounding albums. This song is absolute fire, don't get my wrong PV was 10/10 but damn it sounds this so fresh.

Will H it’s funny cus the progress of their sound was a lot like my changing interests in genres. When magnolia came out I was listening to mostly pop punk and shoegaze, but as PV and GN dropped my interests turned more towards indie rock/pop so this new song is perfect to me haha

Turnover reminds me so much of the strokes mood changes but more punk rock at first, even more chill later. Such great changes in sound for both bands. This song is amazing, vocals are great.

this is not my favorite turnover track but i don’t get why people are trashing it. they are still doing what they have been doing for years: releasing albums with different styles but still have that turnover touch. everyone will have their favorite turnover album but all of them still feel like turnover, and that is one of the many reasons why i love them

I could not agree more. I think a lot of people are just butthurt that Turnover has changed up their sound quite a bit over the years. I feel like they were able to pull it off very well.

I'm apparently late to the game and confess to never having heard of Turnover until I walked into an indie record store in Walnut Creek, CA and they had this record playing two weeks ago. The warm vibes of "Much After Feeling" swept over me, and I bought the vinyl immediately without even hearing the rest of the record. Needless to say, count me as the latest Turnover convert!

The thing I love about Turnover is that they’re constantly changing, no release sounds the same. While I don’t prefer this sound, I absolutely respect them for constantly exploring different sides of music.

Neil Schneider Totally agree with this. PV will always be one of my all-time favorite albums & as much as I wish they would go back to that I love that they continue to grow through their music. Doesn’t matter what direction they go in, they still have such a distinct sound that you KNOW is Turnover when you hear it. Ultimate mastery.

Everything turnover has made, I’ve loved. First band that I found able to listen to all of their tracks. Usually there are about 3-4 songs on an album and the rest are garbage, but this is definitely not the case with turnover. Really looking forward to what they come out with next.
