This band’s music got me through college and will always have a place in my heart. They are always awesome live too. It sucks when people rip on a band for progressing and evolving their sound; I don’t think people understand how daunting it is to play the same songs and music live over and over again when undoubtedly they worked really hard on this stuff too. PV was wonderful, but honestly I didn’t like the album very much my first time through! It takes a number of listens to really internalize and appreciate an album in its fullness. If a song resembling the style of PV was inserted into this album, it wouldn’t really match the vibe of their other singles. Can’t wait for the release, can’t wait to see what this unique band has in store in the future.

The keyboard is a nice addition and to the live shows and I’m happy Austin is in a much better place in his life at the moment. Music is perfect in it's own way. It never lack's anything. If it's not touching your heart and soul and you cant feel it you may be lacking something in your life. Your listening but your not hearing the music. That's the beauty of music we judge it but it never judges us. One day when your third eye opens & you find your center of peace give it a listen and you'll hear a totally different song. It's just a matter of where you are in your life at the time. Not trying to hurt your feelings either. Just my 2 cents...Cheers Mate!

I see Turnover fans and Peripheral Vision fans in the comments. If you truly were a fan of the band, you wouldn't be so alienated to they way they change their sound. Every ep or lp or single has had a different sound since they started. If you came for PV and stayed for PV, that's fine, you're a fan of the album, not the band. What makes the band good is their variety... Feeling emo? Go listen to Sasha. Feeling warm? Listen to Sunshine Type. Breakup? Binge PV.
@alexcseh41545 жыл бұрын
Why do you make it sound like being a fan of a band makes you cool or is somehow better than enjoying the albums you enjoy because you like them on their own. No one over 16 gives a shit about being a "fan" or a "true fan". If something sucks, no matter who made it, i'll say that it sucks. Much after feeling is nice, but the other 2 are forgettable as hell
@waltz4life5 жыл бұрын
@@alexcseh4154 there's nothing wrong with only liking one album as opposed to the band itself. The annoying thing is when people only like one album then shit on everything else the band makes solely because it's not the same as that album, not because their other stuff isn't good.
