14:03 I remember when I was racing KF2 :) Sometimes when the track was damp we had very low grip, but it was still possible to warm up tyres. We had entire sections of the track where the rear tyres never had full traction. You have to remember to do the way SuperGT does here though. Doing small S's keeps the front tyres warmer. Basically starting with bigger S's, going smaller until you end up countersteering opposite the kart in multiple successions.

a friend of mine discovered you could grab the throttle cable running with the frame of the cart and pull it harder to get a "boost" on straights, not sure if the track we went to limited the carts by throttle position of if the cables where not proper dialed in, but sure made for some frustrating laps as he did not tell before we finished racing...

There is a growing habit, no doubt from F1 influence, of drivers referring to themselves as "we". "We got ahead on this corner". "We needed to get on the inside". Etc. There is no "We". It is "I", unless there is an unseen ghost driving the cart with you! I enjoy your videos.

Do you weigh in before and then get weights to equalize? I have driven karts before (just for fun) and the only thing I got told by the "pro" was get your center of gravity the closest to the middle as you can... I centered the seat as close as I could to the steering wheel and won pretty easily... got another round and the seat was not properly fastened so when I speed up the seat just when back... and I could not while driving get the seat where I wanted it to... and I just spun out all the time or drifting like crazy... and ended up last... amazing difference... I guess these karts have a fixed seat?
