“Gottasadae / 가라사대” is a kinda old and formal way to say “says” in Korean. It’s mostly used in the Bible when god speaks. BewhY is a devout Christian, so there are quite a lot of religious references and stuff like that in his songs. For another song of his I’d recommend “challan”. And for some more k-rap “GOTT” by Simon Dominic or “Yamazaki” by Bang Yongguk would be really good.

Bewhy is amazing! I love his album The Movie Star, great songs in there. He gets inspiration from his religion (Christian), whether from worshiping or reading the Bible. He even made songs about God. Which I believe not many rappers do that nowadays (those who do believe). Btw, Gottasadae kinda sounds like “god isn’t dead” in English.
