Only one end of each rail has the little hole for the yellow clip to "click" into, as is the first step of the directions. It is impossible to "click" in both ends. Why is this? How will we know it is secure? Thanks!

To explain in general; Air1 is designed for open railing systems and Air2 for integrated railing systems. There may be exceptions depending on the special conditions of some vehicles.

I bought these for my Kia Sedona. When I slide the brackets onto the rails, they don't "snap" into place. I can easily pull them off again. Is this a problem? Thanks.

hi, my friend bought me these for my BMW X1. Just curious, are the two cross bars the same length? I can get the front one installed but having trouble with the rear, it's like .75" too wide??? and the width adjustment seems to be bottomed out...
