Only lasted me about 3 months. The earmuffs broke off the headset and we're hanging by the wire. It's a good headset quality wise. But just dont stretch them out to much. Eventually they'll break the more you use them

I have this and it literally just snapped below the turning part on the ear muff. And it wasn’t cracked, I didn’t lay on it. I always keep it somewhere safe and it just snapped while I was playing a game.

when i play most of my friends complain that im too quiet so i have to move it up closer on my ear so the mic is closer to my mouth. i think the mic for me is just way too short, and i play on xbox one btw. does anyone have any tips for settings i can do to make myself louder or if theres any way to remove the short mic and buy a larger one?

you can louder the mic in settings of Xbox and turn volume full from behind of headset it will be fine

Just got mine but fo ppl wondering the ear pieces are bigger than beats cus i think beats sorta get uncomfortable and hot so they not that small and i got pretty big ears also size l head but my face sorta slim idk if that matters but they good

Every mic I've ever owned before you can hear your voice, to various degrees, from the mic to the headset. I haven't tested it in an actual game yet, but I did do a mic test and can't hear anything from my mic. With the noise cancelling earmuffs it's like trying to talk when you're deaf. Obviously I can hear myself a bit and can still talk either way. It's just uncomfortable. Is my headset messing up, or some type of setting I need to adjust ? Or does it just not pick up your voice and give feedback in the earmuffs??? If the ladder is there an identical and equally priced set that does give mic feedback in the headset? 😪 these are a perfect fit for me (made for girls I think since it's the only set that fits me and everyone else keeps saying it's tight). They're also really nice and do actually work on what I need them. But why isn't it picking up my voice in the mic and sending it to the earphones? When you speak irl you always hear yourself. So it's bizarre speaking and suddenly sounding very very muffled. Somehow ... makes it harder

We could do with that bit of metal in the Turtle Beach elite I have the 800 Turtle Beach elite and it just snapped for the second time this is the second pair to snap the first pair had a warranty but unfortunately the second pair did not so had to buy a new pair other than the plastic being really cheap and easy to snap the sound quality of the elite 800 is phenomenal

Also how does the volume work with other people’s voices and the actual game? The headset I have now has two separate volume controls for each and I usually like my game a little bit louder than other peoples voices since game chat can get too loud sometimes lol

jm _ i havent personally used the 200s but the padding at the top is really squishy and soft as long as your head isnt pushing into it too hard. id say its pretty comfortable

The only issue I have with it right now is I am trying to get the mic to work on my pc. I have the splitter plugged in and everything and it's still not working. Other than that, I love this headset. It works on xbox and ps4 just fine, just can't get mic to work on pc.

Whoever reading this just know they aren’t durable the headset eventually breaks it wasn’t even a month until they did for me. There are pictures of what I’m talking about when you look these up. They look nice sound nice but if they can’t go over your head what’s the point.
