@ozzyozzyozzy im assuming that the mic doesn't work testing it on my pc says its on ... went through the steps they have and all nothing... My main issue was gamestop not let me return them the cery next day.. so i contact turtle beach and they sent me the shipping info and once they recieve it theyll send another on

yo i just returned mine to walmart bought the same exact one and it works perfectly the mic worked as soon as i flipped it down , it can even work if it’s flipped up and u turn on the mic in audio, it’s deadass just the headsets we got that were ass once you get your it’ll be amazing it works so easily

There should be a wheel on the headset that adjust that volume

@@CreativelyConnor It may not be the volume, it’s the connecting part. You can hear gameplay audio but the pairing isn’t going through the party

I have this same issue. It’ll work for a bit and then cut out completely. Lights all indicate it’s connected. I can still hear my phone over Bluetooth. It was working good for about a week (new headset) and now it’ll only for for 10-15 minutes and then cut out audio to where I have to remove the dongle from the Xbox and reinsert it. Might take it back to the store and get another version

My problem was I accidentally switched the usb to usb mode instead of Xbox if your on pc switch to usb
