On my Xbox controller I like to swap my abyx buttons with my D-pad and redo my bumpers. I don’t seem to be able to do that with this. I just tried it tonight, probably gonna take it back. I like the screen and the bottom buttons sold me but the lack of customization is a deal breaker. 😞

How do I get the settings for the sticks to save? I change them and go to triggers and they are back to default? I can’t figure out how to create a new profile? I am doing it on the Xbox and the keyboard stays on the screen and I can’t add the button to the profile?

You have to save to a memory slot ...the app shows the default settings of a controller not the actual settings you have saved. But honestly u should just do the changes on the controller screen ..it's the best way since the app layout is horrible

What is the best stick response ? Default, fast or precision?

That depens on what you're gaming, for FPS i prefer fast then eventually change sensitivity in game, for motorsport precise

There was a bug in the previous firmware, I would suggest try update might fix it

@@JULVEXGAMING I have upgraded to the latest version of the firmware and the controller wireless receiver is the latest version, but it disconnects after playing for a while.

The PC app is currently not working. It opens full screen and is so zoomed in that you cant select any options on the bottom of the page, meaning you cant update anything.

That was an issue with previous firmware, try to check if there are any updates and reset the settings on your controller too

Settings should be saved automatically and you have to use profiles for that, also I highly recommend checking for firmware updates both controller and receiver

The dpad is way to sensitive when playing street fighter. Can you help ?

The only thing I can suggest is to check if there are firmware updates that somehow can fix that, unfortunately you cannot change the sensitivity of the dpad on the Turtle Control Center 2 app

Anyone able to get 0 deadzone to actually work without having drift? I've sent back 10 of these and all 10 have drift at 0 deadzone. The sticks do not seem to recenter properly even out of the box.

Just got mine a couple days ago doesn’t turn on the Xbox. It doesn’t even turn on. It takes me an hour just to figure out how to get the thing. No fucking Work before I start a game.
