Word is Tupac wrote this song for Suge Knight who was the owner of death row record at that time, the record label that Tupac was signed to. because of some bad predicament that suga helped him out of.

Thanks dude. I do think I'll go on a Tupac tear, but I gotta mix in other rappers along the way. I mean, Lil Wayne, Sa-Roc, Nicki, The Roots, they're all good stuff, and I have yet to explore Eminem -- I'm having a blast.
