For all of Rogue's lip service to "athlete safety", they program a 1 rep max Strongman event, for newbies with virtually no practice and woefully inadequate warm-up. I'm just glad that none of the hapless Crossfiters were seriously injured or worse. But I'm sure it will be worse the risk when Rogue sells Strongman/woman equipment (logs & sandbags) to all of the CF boxes around the World!
