Just installed this fan kit on my CRF450X right before we did the New Mexico BDR a month ago. My install did not use that black fan frame, but it was easy to install, worked great, and even fit with my oversized fuel tank.

Would it fit with an oversized fuel tank on a ‘24 crf250r?

The Tusk Digital Radiator Fan kit should work just fine with the oversized fuel tank.

Is it normal for it to be hard to remove the rad cap, mine is a struggle on my crf

Sometimes they can be a pain to get off. Are the tabs on yours bent?

@@rmatvmc they are a little bent but not bad, I think the biggest issue is there isn’t a lot of room with the crf250rx fuel tank
