Tuska has grown bigger from where it started. And it goes really smoothly now. Even Finnish police said it is one of the most best organized, police usually don´t have any work connecting that festival. Even you could at first think, metal = aggression. But quite opposite. Could say, most best behaved people. In same area are also other times other music festivals, and much more problems!!! Accordion player was Netta Skog. Really nice person, always smiling. Beautiful singing voice and a master player with electric accordion (World champion 2015). Has been member in two metal band, playing accordion! At first in Turisas (genre battle metal which is sub genre to folk metal) 2007-2011. She was fill-in in folk metal band Ensiferum at 2015 and member of that band 2016-17. When she joined to Turisas, she was only 17 years old. And needed permission from parents, can she start tour with this band! She has also visited as a guest to next Finnish metal bands: Mokoma, Children of Bodom and Nightwish. With her digi accordion... Nightwish, she was 2018 in three concerts here in Finland (Lahti, Turku and Helsinki) playing her digi accordion in song Wishmaster. You could think to do reaction for next (?): Here is Turisas (and Netta was 20 years old in this video): Turisas Battle Metal Sonisphere 2010 kzbin.info/www/bejne/raKzfIyioN51gNU BTW. So Turisas was originally folk metal, but then one music magazine from England started call their music Battle metal, cos that was their first album name and also song name. And after that this type music has been battle metal genre... So, this Finnish band was first in this genre, but of course similar type of music has been already before them... The accordion player was Netta Skog. She has been member in two Finnish metal bands: Ensiferum and Turisas. Both an excellent vocalist and accordion players. She's won many accordion playing championships and is the world champion with electronic accordion playing. She was audience favorite in tango singing festivals (tango is BIG in two countries: Argentina and Finland: it's so popular tango king and queen championships are the biggest vocalist contests here. Tells volumes how good vocalist she is.

Yeah, that our Eurovision winner Lordi. :) When I first heard this years ago... when ever our Tuska festival of 20th anniversary was, they really stacked the comminunity of Finnish musicians to the song, edited to my first post the ...long list.

You didn't recognize Kai Hahto behind one drum kit =) Tomi Joutsen from Amorphis, Timo Kotipelto and Jens Johansson from Stratovarius (Jens plays also in Rainbow and is known one pioneer of bringing keys into metal.) You should Check out Stratovarius - My Eternal Dream (official music video). They are one of the founding pilars of Finnish metal becoming world wide phenom. Wintersun guys Teemu Mäntysaari and Jari Mäenpää were also there with their guitars =)
