Wait a minute. You plugged cables into the mic input on the interface and also ran those cables into the input on the 505. That probably doesn’t do anything. Can you explain this or was that unintentional? Shouldn’t the looper output be run into the inputs on the interface? Im not understanding how this would get any sound to the looper?

I was about to comment this. He should have plugged into outputs at the back of the audio interface.

Midi controller and audioninterface into Mac's USB, Guitar into audio interfacce input, output from the audio interfacce into rc's input. Then rc's output into studio monitor. I would use virtual instrument and Guitar effect from Logic and go into rc505. Mic for voice could be connect into mic rc's mic input, rc505 has the Phantom 48v, right? That's correct? Thankyou!

Hi there i just found your video and it is the best most easy to understand video about this topic !!! I just wanted to ask you 2 things if thats ok.. First of all once you connected everything what audio settings will I have to put in my daw for it to work? Second i would like to ask you, i bought an audio interface but i only want to jam in my home studio.. do I not need an extra audio interface since the rc505 is a audio interface ? Hi thanks very much 🙏. yes there is a audio interface in the boss ex 505 and you just need another one to loop if you want to use Main stage and l’ogive pro

Sachant que dans mon cas, j’aimerais relier un clavier midi à mon looper, une talkbox et une pédale d’expression. Je suppose que l’interface audio permet de brancher tous ces équipements afin d’envoyer le son vers le looper ? Merci d’avance.

Thanks for your work figuring this out. I take it the USB from Looper to Daw is to record the looper. In theory this can go two ways eliminating the need for the cables bringing the keyboard sounds into the looper - but don’t know how. Would like the main audio to feed PA or studio speakers rather than use headphones.

That’s qui straight forward your computer recognise the loop station. I used the USB b out of loop station and a multi USB classic to go to the computer. The piano MIDI use as well USB b as well as the audio box 96. The square side goes in the instrument or box and flat side in computer multi USB

Merci pour votre vidéo très claire. Cependant j'ai quelques questions. Pourquoi brancher le looper sur l'ordi puis le relier à nouveau à l'ordi par l'intermédiaire de l'interface ? Puis, si je branche un ampli, je le branche à la sortie de l'interface ou du looper ? Ensuite, si mon piano se branche sur le courant, est-ce que j'ai besoin de le brancher à l'ordi ? Et sinon, est-ce que je le branche à l'interface pour en améliorer le son dans l'ordi ? D'avance merci pour tout retour.

Bonjour et merci. Mon piano est alimenté par l’ordi car Midi controller et je choisi les sons via le soft Apple MainStage ensuite ça va dans le looper et le looper alimente le DAW (Logic pro) pour l’enregistrement

L’ampli tu as des Jack de sortie de ta loopstation que tu peux connecter

Mon piano est Midi et juste avec la connection à l’ordi via USB il fonctionne. Si tu a un keyboard pas un midi tu dois le mettre sur le courant

Not for the live and I use both logic and Mainstage in the meantime one for live and the other one to record the audio line
